"Swaddling"
Dr. Teri Quinlin

This is a hands on workshop for the professional
and the lay person alike. Swaddling is a brand new bodywork technique
developed Dr. Quinlin. Similar to Traggering,
Swaddling is a movement type of treatment that is gentle and achives
deep levels of relaxation through rocking motions.
Although it can be performed by a single person,
it is intended to be administered by a team of two people. Folded
sheets (see photo) are used to act as handles so rocking the client
is easier. No prior training is required
to participate in this workshop. It is
very gentle system of bodywork, soothing to the nervous system.
This promises to be a fun time with lots
of personal interaction and relaxation. If you have a massage
table, please bring it
along. Each table will also need 4
sheets (one fitted and all 100% cotton prefered). Attendees
will work three to a table (including the person being worked on).
We will attempt to get everyone a turn on the table so that
they can experience it first hand.
